The AgentOffice knowledge base has moved to our new site at www.emphasysrre.com. You’ll find all the same great content as before, just in a new location.

Click My Account (upper right) to login. Your username should be the same as it was at the old knowledge base, but we’ve provided you with a new password, which you should’ve received in your email. If not, no problem! Just click “Request a new password,” and we’ll send you a new one to the email address on file.

Tip: If you still don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk mail folder, and be sure to add rresupport@emphasys-software.com to your contacts to ensure that messages reach you.

After logging in, head over to the Support screen for access to the knowledge base.
